Nicole Eschenbach

LCSW, Master’s Level Clinical Mental Health Therapist

What would it be like if you woke up tomorrow and everything was different? What would your life be like and how would things have changed? As a social worker and therapist, I want to learn about all of the parts that make up your whole life picture; you are the expert and I will follow your lead. By exploring one place and finding one piece at a time, we can work together to make monumental change.

My approach focuses on creating a welcoming, accepting, and empowering relationship with you. I specialize in individual, child, and adolescent mental health and have the most experience working within the following areas: depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, healthy relationship formation, domestic violence, and finding/accessing supportive networks in the school and community settings. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and goal-driven therapies such as Solution-Focused and Wraparound. I also incorporate narrative and art therapies to allow for open and unique expression.

I believe change to be the only thing you can truly count on in this life. We don’t always have control over change, but we do have control over how we respond to it. I look forward to working with you to find ways to reach your goals; one step at a time.
